Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to You At Pretty Mad Natural Skincare, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Small Batch, Naturally Made Pretty Mad Natural Skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using all-natural ingredients — never mass-produced in a factory. Because we use only natural colorants and ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These differences are a beautiful sign of authenticity and quality, not a defect. Each product is carefully made with love and attention, and we're proud of every single one.

Returns Due to the nature of our products (lip balms and skincare items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it right away.

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale
  • Color variation due to natural ingredients and small-batch production is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at clewko@prettymadnatural.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.

Be sure to include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping box (inside and outside)
  • The shipping label

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
