Overview By visiting and shopping at Pretty Mad Natural Skincare, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Products All Pretty Mad Natural Skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using all-natural ingredients. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Colors and textures may vary slightly between batches due to the natural ingredients used — this is not a defect.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at clewko@prettymadnatural.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.

Shipping We ship across Canada, to the United States, and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability Pretty Mad Natural Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our products are for external use only. Please review ingredient lists carefully if you have known allergies.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
